- All entries to be submitted using the online ACFA Awards Nomination Forms.
- If you do not have a member number please your use your business name in the 'Member Number' field.
- One entry per form. Multiple entries on one form will not be accepted.

- EARLY BIRD: Entries and payment received by Midnight - Friday 26 May 2023.
- CLOSING DATE: Entries will close on Friday, 21st July 2023. Late entries may incur a surcharge.
