- Get social! – Make sure to provide your social media links with us so that we can tag you if you are a finalist.

- Final Contract price – Kitchen projects only
(Including all Variations, Hardware and Benchtops – excluding appliances)
- Date the project was completed – This must be between January 1st 2024 and June 30th 2025
- A Marketing/Publicity Statement – This is where you get to brag about how good your project is! Tell us all about your project and why you have entered it into this year’s awards!
- Client Brief – Tell us all about what the client requested for this project and how you have incorporated it all into this project.
- Design Achievement – Let us know how you achieved the design requirements of the brief from your client and how it works visually, aesthetically and how liveable it is.
- Functionality – Let us know how functional this space is. Is it a kitchen designed for a growing family? Is it a laundry for a family with lots of kids that needs a lot of space? Is it a walk-in robe that needs to be able to display his watches and her shoes?
- Innovation – How have you incorporated innovative ideas into this space? Have you used new products to suit the client brief? Have you used new technologies to achieve the end product?
- Photos! – Make sure to upload up to 10 high-resolution images of your project to show us what it is all about from different angles so that the judges (and the industry and public) can see why this project is better than the rest!
- Video – Uploading a video of the space can really help the judges visualise the space and make them feel like they are there with you in the kitchen, laundry etc. Try to upload a video for as many of your projects as you can.
- Plans & Additional Documents – Upload a copy of your plans or anything else you feel would be relevant to showcase your project (this is a requirement for renovation categories)
- Remember! You can save your progress to return to the form at a later stage. Please let us know if you need a hand with setting this up.
Once you have completed your entry form and uploaded your beautiful photos and video, the ACFA team collate your entry and removes all business branding and names from the project, attachments and entry form to make the judging process as fair as possible for everyone. The judges then review the entries and decide together which entries are finalists and winners
Once judging has been completed, we will announce all of the finalists for each category before the Awards Night and Winners are announced on the night.
