If you would like to get involved in government-funded building work, but don’t know where to start there are a number of resources to help you.

AusTender is a free website operated by the Australian Government which lists where you can find business opportunities, contracts awarded and annual procurement plans.

One of AusTender’s most useful features is the subscription service that allows you to register your area of interest. Once registered, you will receive emails notifying you of the latest opportunities as soon as they are advertised.

Important state Government websites include:

AusTender

Victorian Tenders

NSW e-tendering

SA Tenders and Contracts

Queensland Qtenders

Tenders WA

Tasmanian Government Tenders

Northern Territory Government Quotations and Tenders online

Tenders ACT

Any advertisements for projects funded by the Australian Government should state that the Code, also known as the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016, will apply on the project.
