Sharon Terblanche is a highly experienced and passionate professional in the design and manufacturing industries. Since relocating from South Africa to Australia near two decades ago, she has held diverse roles spanning sales, marketing, custom and flatpack cabinetry, business administration, and design. This broad experience has given her a deep understanding of the many facets of the interiors and cabinetry industry.

Elected to the ACFA Board, Sharon brings not only her wealth of knowledge but also her natural creativity and attention to detail. She is widely regarded as a clear communicator and a collaborative problem-solver, with an ability to think outside the square and generate ideas that drive discussion and innovation.

In addition to her role on the ACFA Board, Sharon served as Secretary for the Kitchen & Bathroom Designers Institute (KBDi) for 5 years, where she has been an active contributor to both state and national initiatives. Sharon also served for ten years on the HIA Kitchen & Bathroom Committee, adding further depth to her industry representation experience. Through her leadership, she champions higher standards in design and practice, advocating for growth, integrity, and continuous improvement across the industry.
